I have been in private practice as a massage therapist and energy worker in Albuquerque, NM for over 20 years. I graduated from The New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics in 2000 with a focus on relieving neck and back pain as well as teaching preventive and supportive self-care through stretching, aromatherapy, nutritionals, flower remedies, and herbal remedies.

I have received training in various bodywork modalities such as Swedish Massage, Polarity Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, Accupressure, Reflexology, Medical Chi Gung, Cranial Sacral Unwinding, Reiki, Celtic Shamanism, and a subtle yet transformational energywork called Metamorphosis. I have also received training in the use of herbal remedies, flower remedies, nutritional supplementation, breathing techniques, and stretching/movement techniques that provide a holistic approach to caring for a person's body, mind, and spirit.

I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of New Mexico 2016 and am a woodcarver and furniture maker, as well.
